Free Day of Parking

Instructions for free parking in the Gondola Square Parking Garage (P1 on the map) on Friday, September 20th:
1. Gondola Square Parking Garage Paid Parking: access code 5579
2. Find parking spot

3. Go to the parking kiosk (there are 3), enter your license plate number, find the name of the event in the product list (may need to select option 5 to see additional products),

4. Enter the access code

The access code will be valid for parking all day 9/20 until noon on 9/21, staying beyond this will result in a ticket.

Additional free parking will be located at the Knoll Lot, labeled as P3 in the map.

Getting to Steamboat

Flying into Yampa Valley
The local airport, Yampa Valley Airport (HDN), is just 20 minutes from Steamboat Springs. From HDN, you can rent a car, take a shuttle, or request an Uber; please note that rideshare supply is relatively limited in the area, so getting a car can be tricky depending on your arrival time.

If you plan to book a shuttle from HDN, we recommend Ski Town Transportation who offer door-to-door shared rides for ~$55 per person.

Flying into Denver
Denver International Airport (DIA) is roughly a 3-hour ride to Steamboat Springs. From DIA, you can either take a shuttle or rental car.

If you plan to book a shuttle from DIA, we recommend Co West Transportation who offer shared and private rides to Steamboat Springs.

Getting Around Town

Downtown is just ~2.5 miles away from the resort base, and there's a free bus system that runs regularly making trips to and from easy without a car. Check out the schedule here.

Renting a car is a great option for adventure seekers looking to explore more of the surrounding area. Parking is ample at the resort, in downtown Steamboat Springs, and most lodging.

Where to Stay

We strongly recommend staying at or near the base of Steamboat Ski Resort (map here). This will simplify your logistics as the wedding ceremony and reception will be hosted on mountain, and you'll have restaurants, shopping, and adventure all within walking distance. Plus, you'll get to bump into us and other guests staying in the area!

Lodging

While there are limited hotels near the base of Steamboat Ski Resort, there are a variety of vacation rental options. We recommend using any of the following services for your stay; if you want to check walkability from a specific location to the base area before booking use Gondola Square - 2305 Mt Werner Circle - as your reference point.

Vacasa 
Condo rentals with accessible amenities that can accommodate couples and groups alike. Recommended properties a short 5-10 minute walk from the resort base include: Torian Plum, The Lodge, and Ski Inn Condos.
